Welcome to Your Seat at the Table, a platform dedicated to empowering women leaders and aspiring women leaders.
We aim to help women break through the glass ceiling and take their rightful place at the table.
Your Seat at the Table was born out of the frustration of seeing men get ahead in the corporate world and being afforded opportunities that many women were not, but not for lack of merit, skillset, or aptitude.
Having worked my way onto executive teams, I wanted to help others in their quest to join the leadership ranks by developing a host of resources, blogs, videos, and insights that could help other women on their journey to take their seats at the corporate table.

Having worked in Marketing for 24 years, working my way up from a sales and marketing traineeship in the car industry to marketing management for large tech organizations such as IBM, Lucent Technologies, Lenovo, I have seen what it takes to make it to the corporate table.
There is a saying that once you have made it to a certain level you should reach back and pull others up, and another that says you should strive to help others as you wish someone had done for you to help you along your journey. These two quotes have always resonated with me and have been the impetus for me starting ‘Your Seat at the Table.’
While we are in the infancy of putting these resources together, we aim to develop a host of materials, including videos and blog articles; we hope you pop back to see the latest available resources.
